Creamy Cilantro Jalapeño Lime Dressing

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed (if you want it less spicy)
  • 1 bunch cilantro, stems included
  • ⅔ cup greek yogurt (150 g, or one 5.3 oz container)
  • 1 tbsp agave (or honey)
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Adjust to taste with more salt.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
